Source One Audio operates a state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution center to ensure that your order is shipped as promptly as possible. We use every effort to ship credit-approved orders the same day that they are placed. Fast, economical and reliable United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping is available for most orders(although some orders can take 24-72 business hours to process and ship).

Warranty cards are shipped separately than items purchased. if customer does not receive warranty card in the mail two weeks after order was placed please call for a new warranty card. If you do not receive a warranty card and do not contact source one audio up to 3 months after the order was placed the warranty is voided.

Returns Policy:
All product returned will be repaired or replaced at Source One Audio ,inc discretion. All our products carry a manufacturer's warranty. To return a defective product request a return authorization. Non Returnable Products are Ugg Boots, All eyeglasses, sunglasses and Ski Goggles and all oakley products (Wacthes, Bags, Sunglasses, Eyeglasses).
Credit will be issued only on new unused unopend product, with complete packaging and purchased within the last 15 Days. Credit will be issued at Source One Audio,inc discretion only. All sales are considered final. In some cases a 25% restocking fee may be applied as well as a 5% refund charge. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping cost.
At SourceOneAudio.com we only sell new products. We do not sell used or refurbished units. Our technicians test all product returns.
Non-Returnable Products and special ordered items Ugg Boots,sunglasses,Eyeglasses, Ski Goggles, Samsung 3-D Glasses kit, Oakley Watches, Oakey jackets, Oakley ski pants, Oakley Bags shavers, televisions 20" and over, air conditioners, or pal equipment are non-returnable, BBQ grills, Large screen televisions come with at-home service and can not be returned even when defective, And Must be serviced by their respective manufacture.
Merchandise that ships via truck cannot be returned for refund or exchange, nor can these orders be cancelled or refused once shipped. (we may refuse your return or charge for return shipping).
If your product has a manufacturers defect, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer to take advantage of their warranty as applicable.
Products that are delivered in damaged condition:
If you receive a shipment that was damaged during transit, please accept the delivery and contact our Customer Service Department immediately for further instructions. Do not use products that are delivered to you in damaged condition.
Defective products will be accepted by Source One Audio for credit or exchange within Ten (10) days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.
(We will only accept a return or exchange of an exchange order for Ten (10) days from the date of shipment of the return or exchange). To be returnable, defective products require an RMA Number – please see above for instructions on receiving an RMA Number.
You are responsible for return shipping charges to Source One Audio.Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
